These general terms and conditions apply to all offers of New Bling and all agreements entered into our company. New Bling operates under the trade name of Ron Offenbach Group, which is recognized under the Dutch law. Its head office is based in The Netherlands at De Wetering 101, 4906 CT Oosterhout. The company is registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, Chapter Oosterhout, with DCC number 20092690.
The delivery and payment terms and conditions apply to all New Bling products. It is accessible to everyone through the New Bling homepage www.new-bling.com.
By approving these terms & conditions after confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered. Similarly when your order is received, you will receive an automatically generated email confirming your order.
In case of return, please inform the New Bling customer care team within 14 days and wait for instructions before taking any action. It is the responsibility of the customer to take care of the shipment of the returns.
Once the item has been returned, please allow up to 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund to be processed and credited to the method of payment used.
This webpage may contain typographical errors and the colors of the depicted products may deviate slightly from reality. Therefore, New Bling is not liable for any inaccuracy arising from errors of displayed product since mentioned in advance.
All prices offered on our website are shown in EURO and is including 21% VAT, which complies with the specific requirements according to the Dutch law. In case an order is placed outside the EU please be noted that local duties may apply, depending on your region, local customs and taxes. These charges are at your own expense. Also note that New Bling has no decisive control over these charges. Therefore we advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.
New Bling reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, we will invoice the product based on the time of order placement.

We operate our payment system through OGONE.
Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 working-days after New Bling confirming your order, subject to payment and stock availability. Delivery time depends on receiver location and shipment method.
New Bling cannot be held responsible for the loss of shipment caused by incorrect inscription of the delivery address by purchaser. In case there is information needed, New Bling may contact you for further requirement. Therefore it should be taken into consideration that a delay in delivery may occur.
In the event of damage or incomplete delivery, it should be informed to the New Bling customer care team within 24hours after receiving the products. Please wait for instructions by email regarding return shipment. Those who take action on their own without notifying us will not be able to claim any costs that were made for repair nor cannot hold us responsible for the return shipment.
When order went missing or receiver informs us that it did not arrive during shipment. The claim will be investigated. If the result shows us otherwise e.g. shipment went missing as a result of an error by carrier, any refund or new shipment shall take place. In case the shipment has not been arrived after 14 days, buyer is obliged to inform us by email within 14 days after notice.
New Bling tries to meet the estimated delivery targets and cannot be held liable for any delays in the delivery of an order.
TRIAL PERIOD, REVOCATION AND IMPORT COSTS
A buyer has the right to revoke the agreement and to return the order within a period of 14 days after receiving the order. In case a product is damaged or incomplete, a buyer is obliged to inform the New Bling customer care team by email and to await further instructions).
If a customer wishes to use the revocation’s right to cancel its agreement and to return the order, it is solely allowed to unpack the product until so in order to determine whether to keep or return the goods. During the trial period the product must be carefully handled and must be in the original packaging in case of return. It is necessary to send it together with all the accessories (if any) in the original state and packaging.
Furthermore, the buyer is responsible for the return shipment and is accountable for any risks related to the return. We advise you to insure the return shipment and seal the packaging. This way you will have the option to hold carrier liable when it goes missing, gets damaged or in case the reception of a returned shipment is denied. We also advise you to keep the original receipt in case matters occur.
We will NOT cover any shipping costs by returns due to defect after use. In the event of revocation within the trial period, New Bling will credit the purchaser within 14 days after receiving the returned shipment (no credit applies for costs of the return shipment) to the account that the buyer used to pay the original order.
Furthermore, when customer wishes to cancel the order while it is shipped – even if it has not yet been arrived at the delivering address- you, as buyer, is responsible to send back the product at your own cost. If import taxes, duties or customs costs are applicable, the buyer is obliged to cover any related costs.
WARRANTY AND REPAIR
Your purchase at New Bling is warranted for a period of twenty-four (24) months from date of purchase under terms and conditions of this warranty. It covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase and only comes into force if the warranty certificate is correct and complete.
The manufacturer warranty does not apply in case of:
Any damages as a result from improper usage, lack of care, negligence, accidents (dents, crushing, etc.) such as scratching, bouncing, falling;
Warranty does not apply to New Bling in case it is handled by non-authorized persons without written permission of the New Bling customer care team.

PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
New Bling complies with the privacy law as documented in the “Wet Bescherming persoonsgegevens” (the “Dutch Personal Data Protection Act”). Buyer, for example, always has the possibility to see, to amend or to delete his/her personal data, by logging into his/her account on the website.
New Bling stores the data entered by buyer in a file. The data will be used for the purpose of fulfilling the consumer’s needs and will be stored as long as necessary in order to deal with possible issues regarding the accomplishment of the order. New Bling guarantees that all personal data will be handled with care. The customers personal data will not be shared with any third party, except for fulfilling the order or for repair purposes. New Bling is allowed to use the purchaser’s data to advertise products to consumer.
Dutch law applies to all agreements and legal relationships between New Bling and its customer, regardless from where the order is placed and shipped.
